it's not that i don't think it's art, it's just that it seems the great great great majority of anime posted on this site is just crap.
and one step further, people drool over it.
sorry that my pictures have nothing to do with naruto or... pokemon.

I get really frustrated when someone has a great talent in a specific media and wastes it on a subject like anime. People need to be more unique.

What I find frustrating is that an entire generation of American artists working in comics, the only truly American art form other jazz, are going to be creatively marginalized by wanting to be watered down versions of their Japanese second cousins who, if you know your history, are only aping Archie and Harvey comics from the forties and fifties.

I enjoy watching anime and reading manga. But fanart makes me cringe. And I wish interweb people would draw something OTHER than anime every now and then.

.. I dont understand anime. But the really elaborate, fancy, colorful, (or provocative) anime (like.. pictures) are the ok.. :D
